No commercial conditions. This contribution carries no exclusivity, procurement expectation, market-access condition or commercial advantage of any kind. No influence. We expect no speaking slot, agenda influence, board seat or AIFOD endorsement in return. Lawful source. The funds are lawfully held and originate from no sanctioned or restricted source. We consent to sanctions and PEP screening. Transparency. We consent to being named in the AIFOD annual transparency report. (Leave unchecked to request anonymity — the contribution is still recorded internally.)

Any unchecked item in the first three lines routes the pledge to the Ethics Panel rather than to acceptance. Nothing is refused automatically and nothing is accepted automatically.
